Rick’s experience prior to joining Benchmark in 2004 included both construction administration and industrial development. Included in that experience was managing construction of an aluminum foil rolling mill plant and managing the fabrication department of a magnesium extrusion plant. He considers the industrial experience a good foundation for responsible design and careful attention to detail when coordinating Fire Protection design for retail, restaurant and other commercial clients.
Rick earned his Professional Engineering (Mechanical) License in 2004, and became additionally licensed as a Fire Protection Engineer in 2007. He practices in the Fire Protection discipline and is licensed in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
